PoSARC Coaching Cancellation Policy
In prepaying for coaching with us, you commit yourself to a time slot and we commit to keeping it open for you.
If you need to cancel your time slot or reschedule your originally-agreed upon time slot, we re- quire that you do so before 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time the evening before your appointment. If you are unsure of the differences in the time zones, please note it is your responsibility to calculate the time difference so that our policy is being honored. Use Google if you are unsure.
Since e-mail or texts alone are an often unreliable way to know your message will be received by us in a timely manner, we suggest you e-mail and call, leaving a voice mail before 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight time. The phone number to leave voice mails at is: 917-620-5651.
Calls, e-mails or texts canceling or requesting a change anytime after 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time the evening before your appointment, will require a new, full payment be made before we issue you a new time slot for a future session.
Yes, your life is full of many unpredictable things. We know. We have been there. And for us to best continue to support PoSAs, we need to be able to plan and respond. So you will be responsible for payment even if a crisis occurred and you had to cancel at the last minute.
We would ask you, as an act of imagination, to picture a future self in which you are easily able to refuse the boundary violations and abuses of the sex addict/compulsive in your life.
We would ask you to really commit to the process of learning how to do that, which is much of the work we’ll do together. And we consider it an act of integrity towards your own healing to be responsible for your sessions.
