Please be aware that to our knowledge, all of the 12-step programs for partners of sex addicts refer\u00a0to us as\u201cco-addicts\u201d and\u00a0are not formatted to encompass the Trauma Model. Therefore, we cannot\u00a0endorse them whole-heartedly.<\/div>\n

However, we are also aware that when the betrayal trauma of sex addiction strikes in your primary\u00a0relationship, you may or\u00a0may not care that much- it may be more important just to be able to meet\u00a0others who are struggling through this issue, no\u00a0matter the terminology or approach used in the meeting\u00a0format itself.<\/div>\n

Sometimes attending these kinds of meetings can be a good way to connect with other attendees\u00a0after<\/i>\u00a0the meetings, too.<\/div>\n

We just want to list ALL forms of support here that are available until such time that there is a full-fledged\u00a0PoSA Meeting in every area.
