{"id":253,"date":"2012-06-21T23:55:15","date_gmt":"2012-06-21T23:55:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/posarc.com\/stage-wp\/posa-circle-guidelines\/"},"modified":"2022-10-24T17:57:08","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T17:57:08","slug":"posa-circle-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/posarc.com\/stage-wp\/posa-circle-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"PoSA Circle Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">\n<ol style=\"text-align:left\">\n<li>We admitted we were harming ourselves and allowing others to dishonor us\u2014operating from a one-down, exploited place in relationship to the SAC.<\/li>\n<li>Came to value ourselves and found the inner power to relate to others from a place of true equality.<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced and expanded our spirituality and values\u2014establishing appropriate boundaries\u2014however that may play out in our lives.<\/li>\n<li>Realized that we hurt <em>all<\/em> persons in our lives\u2014most of all ourselves\u2014when we allow ourselves to be devalued and disrespected by anyone.<\/li>\n<li>Sought to create ethical equality in all our relationships, thereby healing relational trauma, with the help of others and spiritual resources.<\/li>\n<li>Explored our specific trauma patterns and boundary absences\/violations and the ways those play out in our lives.<\/li>\n<li>Asked for a transformational rebirth in our own lives to change those trauma patterns to life-enhancing vigor.<\/li>\n<li>Became willing to restore our own lives first\u2014others thereafter\u2014establishing appropriate boundaries according to our values.<\/li>\n<li>Sought for ourselves amends for the ways that we hurt and endangered ourselves\u2014as long as doing so would not violate our dignity or cause us long-term harm. Made direct amends to those we have harmed by neglecting ourselves and them as long as doing so did not create a greater harm.<\/li>\n<li>Continued to re-assess our values and our boundaries.<\/li>\n<li>Sought deepened spirituality and the strength to live into our values and to establish appropriate boundaries.<\/li>\n<li>\n    Having had a spiritual deepening and regained self-respect, our lives vibrantly reflect these changes and we practice these values in all areas of our lives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; We admitted we were harming ourselves and allowing others to dishonor us\u2014operating from a one-down, exploited place in relationship to the SAC.
