Cancellation Policy

In prepaying for coaching with Posarc, you commit to a specific time slot and we commit to keeping this time open for you.

We realize that life is full of unpredictability so if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, we ask that you please do so prior to 9:00PM. Eastern Daylight Time the evening before your scheduled appointment. Please calculate the time zone differences so that our policy is being honored.

Should you be unable to cancel prior to 9:00PM the evening before your appointment, there will be a penalty fee of the full price of your session, to be paid in full before a new Coaching session can be scheduled.
